Project Manager – Home Preparation
Run 4 to 6 pre-listing projects at a time, from walkthrough to photography-ready handover.

You will own projects end to end. A seller approves a plan, and from that point you are the single person responsible for delivering it by the photography date – booking trades, sequencing the work, checking quality and keeping the client informed.
What a typical week looks like
- Two or three walkthroughs with new sellers, often alongside a real estate agent
- Site visits across four to six live projects
- Scheduling and re-scheduling trades as dates move
- Quality checks before every handover
- Written progress updates to clients and referring agents
What we are not looking for
Someone who wants to be on the tools. This is a coordination and relationship role. If you would rather be swinging a hammer than managing six people who are, this will frustrate you.
What we are looking for
- Trade or construction background, or solid project management experience
- Comfortable walking a property and identifying defects a buyer would notice
- Able to hold trades to a standard without losing the relationship
- Driver licence and your own vehicle
- Good written communication - clients read your updates
