Franchise Ownership
A home-based, project-management franchise in home preparation.
Short answer
A FixxNSell franchise is a home-based project management business in home preparation. The franchisee does not perform the trade work; they build real estate agent relationships, run walkthroughs, quote jobs and manage a vetted local trade network within an exclusive territory.
A FixxNSell franchise is a home-based project management business. You do not swing a hammer and you do not carry a warehouse. You build relationships with real estate agents, run walkthroughs, quote work and manage a local trade network.
What the business actually involves
- Meeting sellers and agents, and running free walkthroughs
- Producing ROI-ranked quotes using our pricing framework
- Recruiting, vetting and scheduling local trade partners
- Supervising work and running quality control
- Building the agent referral network in your exclusive territory
Who it suits
People who are comfortable in front of strangers, organised enough to run several jobs at once, and content to make money by coordinating rather than by doing. Trade experience helps but is not required – the skill that decides the outcome is relationship building.
Who it does not suit
Anyone looking for a passive investment. This is an owner-operated business and the referral network only exists if you go out and build it. If you do not want to spend your first year meeting real estate agents, this is not the right opportunity.
What comes with the territory
- An exclusive, defined territory
- Structured training covering sales, quoting, scheduling and quality control
- Operating software for jobs, quotes, trades and customer communication
- Brand, marketing assets and a location page on this website
- Trade recruitment materials and assessment guides
- Ongoing coaching rather than a manual and a handshake
The honest version of the economics
Revenue depends almost entirely on how many agent relationships you build in the first twelve months. Franchisees who treat the first year as a sales role do well. Franchisees who wait for the brand to generate leads do not. We would rather you hear that now than discover it in month eight.
Next step
Send an enquiry and we will send you the information pack and arrange a call. If your territory is already taken we will tell you immediately rather than keeping you in a pipeline.

Franchise questions
How much does it cost to get a house ready to sell?
It depends far more on condition than on size. A presentation-focused preparation – deep clean, declutter, paint, small repairs, garden tidy and staging – sits at the lower end. Adding flooring, a kitchen refresh or a bathroom refresh moves it up substantially. You receive written line-item pricing before anything starts, and you can approve part of the plan rather than all of it.
Is the walkthrough and quote really free?
Yes. The walkthrough, the photographic condition report and the written ROI-ranked plan cost nothing and carry no obligation. We do this because sellers make better decisions with real numbers in front of them, and because a meaningful proportion of people who see the plan proceed with at least part of it.
Do I have to pay before the work starts?
Payment terms are set out in your quote and depend on the size of the job. Trade partners are paid by us, not by you, so you never handle multiple invoices. For qualifying projects we can discuss deferred arrangements at the walkthrough – ask us directly rather than assuming.
Will I get the money back when the house sells?
Presentation work – cleaning, paint, curb appeal, staging and small repairs – reliably returns more than it costs in most markets. Large renovations do not reliably do so before a sale, which is why we rank every recommendation by expected return and will actively tell you when a job is not worth doing.
How long does it take to prepare a home for sale?
A typical full preparation takes about six working days from the day you approve the plan. Single services are usually one to three days. Jobs involving flooring, a kitchen refresh or exterior painting run longer, and weather affects all exterior work. We schedule backwards from your photography date.
What actually happens after I make an enquiry?
We call you within one business day to understand the property and your timeline. We attend a walkthrough, usually within three to five days. A few days after that you receive a written plan with every recommended job priced and ranked by expected return. You approve what you want, or nothing.
