We are adding painters to our trade network across all areas. This is subcontract work with consistent volume: pre-listing repaints, usually two to five days each, with the scope written up before you arrive.
How we work with trades
- You get a written scope and a fixed price before starting
- You are paid on completion, not on our clients terms
- We do not ask you to quote, chase, or manage the customer
- We check quality before handover, and we back you if a client is unreasonable
- If we make a scheduling mistake that costs you a day, we pay for it
What we ask
Preparation done properly, two coats as standard, edges cut by hand, and the site left clean daily. Our whole business runs on how the finish photographs.
What we are looking for
- Licensed and insured, with references we can call
- Two-coat work as standard, proper preparation, hand-cut edges
- Able to work to a fixed photography date
- Own equipment and transport
- Happy to be quality-checked before sign-off
