FixxNSell hires project managers, business development staff and licensed trade partners. Trade partners receive consistent volume with a written scope for every job and are paid on completion rather than on extended terms, and are not required to quote or manage clients.
We hire for two very different things: people who manage projects, and trades who do the work. Both matter equally, and we treat both the same way.
