Quotes

Written quotes are valid for thirty days and are based on the condition of the property observed at the walkthrough. Where hidden conditions are discovered after work begins, we stop, inform you, and provide a revised price for approval before continuing.

Scheduling

Dates are confirmed on approval of the quote. Weather-dependent exterior work may be rescheduled, and we will notify you as early as possible.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your quote. Trade partners are paid by us, not by you.

Workmanship

If work does not meet the standard described in the quote, tell us and we will return and rectify it. Licensed trade work carries the warranty of the licensed contractor who performed it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
