A film of grease above the cooktop, a mouldy shower silicone line or a garage full of stored boxes all quietly signal that other things have been neglected too.

What separates a pre-listing clean from a regular clean

A routine clean maintains a home for the people living in it. A pre-listing clean prepares it for strangers who will open every cupboard and photograph everything. The difference is scope: we clean inside the things you normally clean around.

Cleaning around clutter wastes money. We sort first – keep, store, donate, dispose – and only then bring in the cleaning crew. Where you want items kept, we can arrange short-term storage so rooms photograph at their proper size.

One clean is not enough

The property will be lived in between the deep clean and the photography, and again between photography and the first inspection. We build a short touch-up visit into every campaign so the home resets to the standard the photos promised.
