A deceased estate handled for an executor working to a court-set timeline, with family members in three different cities. The property had not been updated in decades and contained forty years of contents.

- Donation of usable furniture and appliances, with receipts provided

- Full interior repaint and new flooring throughout

Working with executors
Estate work is a scheduling and communication job as much as a trade job. The executor received a photographed progress update at the end of every second day so they could keep the family informed without travelling.
