Within three to five days
We attend the property for the walkthrough, at a time that suits you. It takes 45 to 75 minutes and you do not need to tidy up beforehand.
Two to four days after that
You receive the written plan: every recommended job, fixed line-item pricing, ranked by expected return. No obligation to proceed with any of it.
