How it works

The same as the selling side: a free consultation, a written line-item quote, one project manager and one invoice. The difference is that the plan is built around your life rather than a listing date.

Doing it before you move in is cheaper

Painting an empty house costs less than painting around furniture. Replacing floors before you unpack costs less than moving everything twice. If you have settled but not moved in yet, that window is the cheapest renovation opportunity you will get – and it usually closes within a few weeks.
